Reporting Illegal or Unethical Behavior
All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly and appropriately to the extent practical. The General Counsel will keep records of any reported violations of any law, regulation, or internal corporate policy or any other unethical behavior by an employee or director.
Types of Issues to Report
- Fraud, theft, or embezzlement
- Harassment or discrimination
- Health & safety violations
- Conflicts of interest
- Violations of company policy or law
Reporting Methods
Any suspected violation of any law, rule or regulation or internal corporate policy or any other unethical behavior should be reported using one of the following methods:
- Directly: to the employee’s supervisor, the Company’s General Counsel, Vice-President, Human Resources, or the Chair of the Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee;
